Ocean Child’s latest rollercoaster of a single, “Sun”

Date:

Ocean Child "Sun"

Marco Landaverde began Ocean ChildĀ as a project in 2019 while he was still in high school. What started as a self-produced and solo project turned into a full band once he began to dive into his artistry and fell more and more in love with it. They’ve opened for artists such as SALES and VIAL, gaining them a loyal audience and a rise in streams across platforms.

“Sun”Ā starts out with a dark acoustic melody and some synths here and there. The chorus explodes with some gritty electric guitar and fast drum beats. This track combines indie rock with elements of punk, so you get the best of both worlds. This dynamic range allows the listener to experience a wide range of emotions that Landaverde conveys through the juxtaposition of the instrumentation. There’s a little bit of everything in “Sun”- whether you’re a fan of pop punk or you enjoy a groovy bass line, we have a feeling you’ll be adding this to your playlist for a drive with the windows down.
