Chicago-based pop-punk musician Nick Karcher has just dropped his latest single, “…waiting for you.”
The emotionally charged single is written as a conversation with Nick’s younger self. “…waiting for you” reflects on childhood instability and emotional absence without bitterness, anchored by the promise that someone is waiting. The track was co-written by Rayven Burdette (Lake Drive) and co-produced by Michael Bono (Avril Lavigne, blink-182).
The track is infectious with its quintessential pop-punk melodies, providing a unique blend of early 2000s nostalgia with a bright and modern twist.
“…waiting for you” is Nick Karcher’s most emotionally direct project yet, and it is building towards his debut EP and 2026 WELCOME TO THE LOSERS CLUB Tour. Tickets for leg 1 of the tour are available here.
