EMME proves she is a “Girl’s Girl” with new indie pop single

Date:

LA native singer-songwriter EMME is back with her newest single “Girl’s Girl.”

“Girl’s Girl” is an upbeat indie pop track driven by punchy drums and a soaring sax solo. Written after a falling out that turned a friendship into a competition, it reclaims the joy of supporting other women. Inspired by MUNA, HAIM, and Maisie Peters, the song pairs playful, sharp lyrics with bright, feel-good energy. It’s made for windows-down drives, getting ready with friends, and reclaiming your confidence.

EMME is an artist known for hooky pop melodies and relatable storytelling. She began her music career by writing for other artists such as Grace VanderWaal and JORDY. She is now focused on her solo project, creating music that explores a range of perspectives.
