G-Eazy announces new album ‘Freak Show,’ set to kick off World Tour in October

Multi-platinum rapper and record producer G-Eazy has surprised fans with the announcement of his seventh studio album, Freak Show, set for release on June 21 via SONY Music. This marks his first full-length project in three years.

The announcement of Freak Show was accompanied by the release of “Anxiety,” where G-Eazy opens up about the highs and lows of his mental health, singing, “Some days I’m high / Throw my pain away / Just to get by / It’s easier that way,” detailing the inner workings of his mind and his personal battles.

G-Eazy also announced the Freak Show World tour, which will span North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. The tour will kick off on Oct. 24 in Berkeley, California, and conclude on March 1 in Auckland, New Zealand.

Presale tickets and VIP package sales will begin this Wednesday, June 12, at 10 a.m. local time, with general onsale starting Friday, June 14 at 10 a.m. local time. For ticket information, go here.
