Swedish alternative metalcore band Imminence has announced their biggest European headliner tour to date to start off the 2027 concert season. They’ll be joined by special guests August Burns Red.
First rising into the Scandinavian metal universe with their 2013 EP Return to Helios, Imminence has climbed through the music charts with an enchanting and enthralling synergy never before witnessed.
Fronted by vocalist/violinist Eddie Berg alongside guitarists Harald Barrett and Alex Arnoldsson and bassist Christian Höijer, the band’s most notable work that caused their popularity to skyrocket was their 2024 album, The Black. This album contains fan favorite songs such as “God Fearing Man,” “The Black,” and “Heaven Shall Burn.”
With a stunning album already under their belt, this is just the beginning of Imminence’s rise to fame. With the start of this 2027 tour, the curtains close on The Black‘s beloved era. In a press release, the band had this to say about the upcoming tour and its significance to the group’s future:

It feels surreal to announce our return to Europe with our first-ever headlining arena shows, and sharing this moment with August Burns Red — a band that inspired us hugely from the very beginning — makes it even more meaningful.
