VOILÀ has announced their Moonbloom tour in support of their upcoming album The Wilt To Live, which releases on June 12th. The 22-date run is expected to be an immersive “music meets magic” experience that features aerialists, sword swallowers, magicians, jugglers, and theatrical staging inspired by vaudeville.
The Emmy nominated pop-rock duo, consisting of Luke Eisner and Gus Ross, is set to bring the unique live experience throughout the United States, United Kingdom and Europe this fall. The tour officially kicks off on October 27th in Los Angeles and will stop in major cities including New York City, London, Paris, and more before its final show on December 10th in Hamburg.
Weathers and Ella Red will serve as support for the U.S. dates with No Love For The Middle Child joining them for opening night only. Austin Giorgio and Not A Toy will then serve as support for the UK/EU run. Speaking on their excitement for these upcoming dates, Ross shares,
“Moonbloom: where music meets magic” is the tour we’ve been dreaming about since we were kids small enough to believe in magic-because that’s exactly what this is. The first time magic has truly met music, under the gilded ceilings of the most beautiful old theatres in the world. It still doesn’t quite feel real. On paper, this tour shouldn’t exist. Financially, it makes no sense. No industry co-sign. No label would have ever greenlit a decision like this. But we couldn’t think of a more beautiful bet to place than one on the human experience: on the gift of community and the particular kind of joy that can only bloom in a room like this, with a growing community of magicians. See you in the fall.”
Tickets will be available starting on Friday, June 5th at 10am local time. One dollar from every ticket sold will be donated to Solving Kids Cancer, a charity that helps to secure funds and advocates for breakthrough treatment options for children with fatal pediatric cancers.
