The Format announces ‘Boycott Heaven’ out Jan. 23

Date:

The Format, a duo consisting of Nate Ruess and Sam Means, has announced their return to the world of music.

The duo is set to release their highly anticipated third studio album Boycott Heaven, set to release on Jan. 23, 2026.

The release will be apart of Vanity Label, which is their own label. The purpose of putting the new project out independently with their own label is to help continue the journey that the duo started nearly two decades ago.

The album follows the release of their newest single, “Holy Roller,” along with a music video, which helps to capture a sense of urgency and a type of energy that will appear on the upcoming album.

The duo hit the road this fall for a mini tour where they performed a show in their hometown of Phoenix, did 2 sold out nights at The Beacon Theatre in New York and will wrap up the tour on October 10th in Los Angeles.
