The Original Wailers bring reggae royalty to St. Petersburg

Date:

To many, the name Al Anderson may not be known, but you know his songs. As original guitarist for Bob Marley, not many can say they haven’t jammed out to recordings he had a big hand in.  Anyone that has ever listened to Bob Marley and the Wailers, has heard him, and who among us hasn’t heard “No Woman, No Cry”? The opportunity to take in those beautiful songs was fully taken advantage of when he brought The Original Wailers  to Jannus Live in St. Petersburg, FL.  It was impossible not to sing along to every song. Maybe it was the beautiful Florida weather or maybe it was the soothing sounds of reggae, but leaving Jannus that night, one could only feel at peace with the world.
