Recent News: Currently headlining Idobi Radio’s third annual Summer School Tour; will release their new album Loving and Losing on September 18.

Through their high-energy deliverance of addictive pop-punk, Los Angeles duo Honey Revenge have taken the alternative music world by storm. Ever since the release of their debut full-length album Retrovision in 2023, the band — composed of Devin Papadol (vocals) and Donny Lloyd (guitar) — have made themselves known for their eclectic and exciting artistry. Blending elements of pop, punk, and metalcore within their work, Honey Revenge balance a musical sweetness with a visceral vulnerability, which has earned them both a devoted fanbase and the status of alt-rock trailblazers.

After releasing their debut record, Honey Revenge toured the globe alongside the likes of Meet Me at the Altar, Loveless, and more, and even earned a spot on Idobi Radio’s inaugural Summer School Tour. Playing across North America with Stand Atlantic, Scene Queen, Magnolia Park, The Home Team, and Letdown, Papadol and Lloyd joined their fellow pop-rock up-and-comers to define the unforgettable community and energy that Summer School has since become known for.

Now, Honey Revenge are making a triumphant return to the Summer School roster — making them the first artist to ever play the tour twice. Joining the tour this year as headliners, the duo are coming back stronger than ever before, honing in on both their unrelenting onstage presence and upbeat pop-punk musicality.

After a steady release of new singles over the last year, Honey Revenge also share the news that their sophomore full-length album, Loving and Losing, arrives September 18 on Thriller Records. Capturing the highs and lows that Papadol and Lloyd have faced since the release of Retrovision, their upcoming studio album displays both a musical and personal growth, bringing their sharp lyricism and diverse songwriting to new heights.

The band are known not only for their upbeat alt-rock bangers; they have also become synonymous with community, acceptance, and creating a safe space at every single one of their shows. As a woman- and queer-fronted rock outfit, Honey Revenge represent the inclusion that alternative music scenes have always thrived on, putting advocacy and diversity at the forefront of their artistry. Joining several femme-fronted bands on this year’s Summer School lineup, Honey Revenge are a pivotal act in alternative music’s new wave of rising stars.

Honey Revenge, alongside the rest of the Summer School 2026 lineup, recently sat down with Melodic Magazine for their June/July print issue to talk about upcoming projects and what fans can expect from this year’s tour. Pre-order a copy here.
