Honey Revenge drop friendship breakup anthem “Run Your Mouth”

Date:

Ahead of their festival run this summer, Honey Revenge has unleashed their latest earworm of a single, “Run Your Mouth.”

“Run Your Mouth” is the perfect response to ex-friends who partake in gossip trains and  turn their backs on you to throw dirt on your name. Sonically, the song sounds as sweet as can be, but the condemnatory attitude and bite behind it couldn’t be more clear.

Vocalist Devin Papadol shared the inspiration behind the new track, stating:

“Friend breakups hurt more than romantic ones and I’ll die on that hill. There’s nothing worse than finding out someone you were once so close with is running their mouth about you. ‘Run Your Mouth’ expands on the age-old experience of the rumor mill, and how much it hurts to be the topic of gossip. Sometimes the only real solution to being badmouthed is to tell everyone to shut up!”
