The wait is finally over, grab your tissues and maybe schedule an appointment with your therapist because Phoebe Bridgers is back with a new album that is sure to make us all weep.
Bridgers took to Instagram early this morning to announce that her third studio album Lost Weekend will be released on August 14th. The first single will be released tomorrow, June 25th at 7pm EST. The announcement comes after a series of phone-less pop up concerts across the U.S this spring that culminated in a show at Madison Square Garden where she announced the full length “Lost Tour” which kicks off this fall.
There was no other information given by Bridgers in the announcement aside from the release dates and the album cover. Lost Weekend will be Bridgers first solo release following the success of the Boygenius album The Record in 2023, and her smash hit sophomore album Punisher in 2020.
