This project, which has taken over three years to develop, shows Smith at their personal best. The 12 songs in the project cover topics such as openness, love, introspection and creativity. It also showcases Smith’s development as a writer and producer.

Smith shared the following statement:

“This album is an incredibly special record to me, I have been writing it for over three years with a very small group of beautiful, dear friends of mine. This album is very personal, and I feel I have deepened myself as an artist through the making of it.”

The album follows 2023’s Gloria, which included the global hit “Unholy” with Kim Petras. It will also feature previously released tracks “Love Is A Stillness” and “To Be Free,” the latter serving as inspiration for Smith’s recent residency series, which has featured surprise appearances from artists including Hozier, Ed Sheeran, Brandi Carlile, SIENNA SPIRO and Kim Petras.
