HFStival’s comeback, years in the making

HFStival is BACK with an exciting new lineup for the first time in 13 years! The last HFStival was held in Columbia, MD in June 2011. This year, the festival is happening September 21st at National Park in Washington, DC. According to diehard goers of HSFtival, the fest held some of the world’s biggest music acts over the years, including the Foo Fighters, Coldplay, Kanye West, The Ramones and The Avett Brothers. This year features a numer on classic acts such as The Postal Service, Death Cab For Cutie, Jimmy Eat World and Bush.

Due the the high demand expected for the fest, tickets will available via lottery system. Fans can request tickets here between now and June 16.

Seth Hurwitz, owner of IMP and the 9:30 Club says “It’s a fan-friendly system for what’ll be a high-demand festival. This will be a show for everyone who went to HFStival in decades past and those who weren’t around to be a part of the scene.”
