Central Europe’s premier rock festival, Rock for People, official sold out yesterday, just two days before its doors open for its 31st edition. Kicking off tomorrow, June 10, at Hradec Králové’s Park360, this year’s festival is set to welcome thousands of fans from both the Czech Republic and abroad to enjoy over 200 musical acts over five days.
Festival director Luděk Motyčka comments on this extraordinary accomplishment:
“A sold-out festival is a huge confirmation of our fans’ trust. We expect 50,000 people from the Czech Republic and abroad at Park 360 every day, and we ourselves are incredibly excited.”
Stretching from June 10 through Sunday, June 14, fans are looking forward to performances from headliners Gorillaz, Bring Me The Horizon, Limp Bizkit, Halsey, and Iron Maiden, alongside other acts like BABYMETAL, Breaking Benjamin, Papa Roach, and many more.
Full 5-day festival tickets are completely sold out, as are 1-day tickets for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The only tickets left are 1-day tickets for Saturday and Sunday, and they’re available here.
Aside from the many performances and workshops, festivalgoers can look forward to a few new features on the festival grounds: Washpoint by Samsung offers washing machines for laundry, the Red Bull Fitness Zone offers fitness equipment and group classes alongside relaxation opportunities, and an enhanced charging infrastructure expands access to power bank rentals.
Rock for People has also launched its new loyalty program, RFP Club. This program gives registered members access to special offers and priority ticket sales to select RFP events throughout the year, as well as to secret shows and meet & greets right on the festival grounds.
This year is already shaping up to be one of the best yet!
