Cascadent Releases Powerful New Single “Watch The Tail”

Date:

Atlanta based prog rock/post hardcore band Cascadent released their first song in nearly four years today entitled “Watch The Tail.” Formed in 2016, starting as an instrumental band Cascadent has made a name for themselves with their blend of emo, metal, funk, pop, and math rock. With a double header release of the new single and music video to match it’s evident Cascadent is back and better than ever.

While watching the music video for “Watch The Tail” you are met with a moody black and white live performance. The energy amongst not only the crowd, but also the band is electric and can be felt through the screen. Vocalist, Brad Pallone shows his incredible vocal range and insane stage presence that is sure to send chills up your spine. Matched with growling screams from bass player, Sam Mecum (Jam) and Michael “Soup” Campbell from the band Satyr it provides the perfect mix of all their musical elements incorporated into one masterpiece. With musical influences including The Mars VoltaCirca SurviveThe Fall of Troy, and Coheed and Cambria “Watch The Tail” is loaded with heartfelt lyrics that will leave listeners realizing the influence the world has on us day by day just from what we have been told.

Since releasing their last single “Oslo” in 2019 Cascadent has been hard at work creating new music for their fans, and clearly it was worth the wait. With more expected to come in the nearing months it’s safe to say we have not seen the last of them. Click the links below for more information on songs, shows, and more.
