If you’re a Calvin Harris, Toro y Moi, and Mayer Hawthorne fan, Téo Amo is your new go-to artist. His latest release, “Feel It”, is a blend of funk and alt-pop, resulting in a track that’s as introspective as it is danceable. The song opens with a funky intro that exudes melancholic vibes, making you feel sad for no reason. But what’s better than music that makes you feel things?

Lyrically, “Feel It” reflects a longing and emotional complexity, starting with the repetitive chorus “I, can I feel it (I feel it)“. The verses weave a narrative of escape and yearning, with lines like “She liked, to run away / Beach side, from Monterey, I knew / We’d find a getaway / Can’t take another day without you” painting images of a fleeting, yet intense connection.

Téo Amo, a genre-blending producer and singer from Los Angeles with French-Malaysian roots, infuses his multicultural background into his sound. “Feel It” is the perfect example, where diverse influences come together seamlessly. The use of the saxophone throughout the track perfectly complements Téo’s buttery vocals, giving “Feel It” its unique and memorable edge.

The song is set to become a summer anthem, ideal for beach and pool parties. Yet it carries an emotional weight, making it more than just a seasonal hit.
