NF announces upcoming release ‘FEAR’ for November 14

Date:

After a lot of recent fan speculation, NF has officially announced new music arriving November 14, in the form as an EP titled FEAR. This marks his first release since his 2023 album HOPE and his first EP since his 2014 self-titled EP (released via Capitol CMG).

A recent teaser video shows NF with the same bag over his head motif that appeared in the “HOPE” era video, linking the two projects visually and thematically.

With the date locked in and the promotional imaging posted, NF appears to be leading listeners toward a reckoning with the bag over his head no longer just represent captivity, but might become the mask you remove, the truth you reveal, the fear you face.

The album artwork for FEAR also appears as if the mansion within all of Nate’s stories is burning. For listeners of NF’s earlier era, especially those who remember his 2015 album Mansion, where themes of fear, self-exposure and emotional rawness first took root, the return of this motif might feel like full-circle. Now, with FEAR, the journey continues with the walls of the mansion now on fire.

Fans can pre-save and pre-order the EP here.

FEAR Track List:
FEAR
HOME
WHO I WAS (ft. mgk)
GIVE ME A REASON
SORRY (ft. James Arthur)
