Dean Lewis announces third studio album ‘The Epilogue’ and world tour

Date:

Australian pop artist Dean Lewis came to prominence for his hit single “Waves,” eight years ago, which was certified 7x platinum in Australia in 2019. Now, Lewis has announced his upcoming studio album, The Epilogue, scheduled for release on Oct. 18.

Presave/preadd The Epilogue now.

Lewis’ epilogue follows the final chapter of the story after releasing A Place We Knew (2019) and The Hardest Love (2022), continuing his trail of vulnerability and vibrancy. The Epilogue captures the end of a journey and what’s to come.

“My first album had a level of rawness,” Lewis said. “For the second, I was a little more cautious and pop-oriented, but the songs were meaningful to me. On this record, I started to get rawer and more acoustic again. I was trying to rekindle the simplicity of why things worked. I knew what I wanted to hear, so I embraced what made the first one special.”

The Epilogue announcement comes on the heel of his previous singles “Trust Me Mate” and “Memories” as well as the vulnerable single “All I Ever Wanted.”

The Epilogue tracklist:

1. Empire
2. All I Ever Wanted
3. Rest (with Sasha Alex Sloan)
4. All Your Lies
5. I Still Do
6. Cold
7. Memories
8. Trust Me Mate
9. Love Of My Life
10.Until The End
11. Clelia’s Song
12. The Last Bit Of Us

Lewis is also set to tour the world later this year, beginning on Oct. 30 in Newcastle before concluding on May 20 in Quebec City, QC. Tickets go on sale Friday, June 14, at 9 a.m. BST. Artist pre-sale begins on Thursday, June 13, at 9 a.m. BST, until Friday, June 14, at 8 a.m. BST.
