Lana Del Rey releases “Henry, come on” before headlining Stagecoach Festival

Date:

Lana Del Rey released her latest latest single, “Henry, come on,” April 11 via Interscope Records. This release comes one month before she takes the stage at Stagecoach Festival in Indio, Calif. April 25.

About Stagecoach Festival, Del Rey said on Instagram:

“I’m so excited to see everybody in the desert in April! This has been such a crazy nine months and I’m so blessed that come the 25th, It will have been a year since I got to headline Coachella. Thank you to my buddies over there at the festival for letting me play my new songs this year for you.”

Over the last four days, “Henry, come on” has amassed over eight million Spotify listens. The single is a somber, delicate ballad that showcases Lana Del Rey’s emotional depth. Del Rey sings slowly, “You can’t chase a ghost when it’s gone / And it’s not because of you / That I turned out so dangerous.” Shimmering strings sparkle in the background while a solemn drum beat moves each note forward, creating a lonely yet beautifully elegant feel.
