Indie-pop musician QUIETLOVE has just released his newest single “High.”
“High” is a glossy, late-night record blending indie pop and alternative R&B with addictive hooks, punchy drums, bright guitars, and confident chaos. The track is about the rush of chemistry and the blurred line between love and intoxication. It’s also the third single from his upcoming self-produced EP Handshakes & Heartbreaks.
QUIETLOVE comfortably styles a fresh pop perspective through his poignant wordplay, honest self-reflection and raw vocal cadence. He quickly found his passion for music in his youth where production and songwriting became more than just hobbies for him as a rising star. From landing his first publishing deal at 17 to performing at legendary venues throughout Canada and the US, the artist who once called himself “just a kid from Hamilton” is consistently breaking new ground, abandoning all comfort zones, and never looking back.
Independently racking up over 4.5 million streams since 2021, QUIETLOVE draws a big sound out of his small-town bedroom studio roots. He is now a part of RBCxMusic First Up, a Canadian program designed to provide emerging artists with a platform to hone their craft.
