Cavetown and Chloe Moriondo team up for dreamy cover of Wheatus’ Teenage Dirtbag’

Date:

Cavetown and Chloe Moriondo once again team up, proving they are a stellar power duo. They had previously teamed up to work on Cavetown’s song “Snail”, as well as producing Chloe’s Blood Bunny (Acoustic) and Spirit Orb EPs. They are simply unstoppable. Now they come together again for a brilliant rendition of a classic Wheatus song “Teenage Dirtbag”, a song which pretty much everyone is familiar with. We all love the original, but you will definitely fall in love with this dreamy version.

About the release, Cavetown explains, “‘Teenage Dirtbag’ is an epic song that was stuck in my head for days, so I decided to cover it. I always love working with Chloe because she is the coolest!”

Chloe and Cavetown really know how to put their all into their music, especially when they work on it together. And it’s clearly evident in this new release. The charm of their soft vocals really shine through on this track, and will make you feel goosebumps all over. This has been once of the best indie covers we have heard of this song, they truly knew what they were doing with this one. Both Cavetown and Chloe have been making names for themselves ever since they got their start with music, and they’re only on the rise from here on out.
