Country music’s fastest-rising star, Tucker Wetmore, made his late-night television debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live! this past Tuesday, April 29, performing his high-energy new single, “Bad Luck Looks Good On Me.”
The milestone performance followed the release of his highly anticipated debut album, What Not To, which dropped on April 25. The 19-track collection showcases Wetmore’s signature blend of modern grit, classic country storytelling, and heartfelt honesty.
The performance capped off a career-defining month for the Washington native. Wetmore earned his first No. 1 hit with “Wind Up Missin’ You,” picked up a nomination for ACM New Male Artist of the Year, and made his debut at Stagecoach’s Mane Stage on album release day. Known for viral hits like “Wine Into Whiskey” and “Brunette,” Wetmore continued to captivate audiences with his genre-blending sound and undeniable stage presence. With over 855 million global streams, a sold-out headlining run on his Waves on a Sunset Tour, and an upcoming stretch as direct support on Thomas Rhett’s Better in Boots Tour 2025, Wetmore has solidified his place as one of country music’s brightest new voices — and he’s only just getting started.
Tickets for the remaining dates of the Waves on a Sunset Tour are available here. Tickets for his run supporting Thomas Rhett are also available here.
