The announcement falls on the first anniversary of the album. eternal sunshine became Grande’s sixth No. 1 album, was GRAMMY nominated and has been RIAA Platinum. The international superstar became the first artist to produce two Hot 100 No. 1 hits from the same album in 2024 with “yes, and?” and “we can’t be friends (wait for your love).” Six additional tracks will hit streaming platforms on March 28.
Fans and critics raved about eternal sunshine. Variety proclaimed, “She’s not only a virtuoso singer but a skilled vocal arranger and producer whose multitracked backing voices are like songs on their own,” while Rolling Stone named it one of the best albums of 2024 with “5 stars.”
