Date:

This proved to be an amazing evening of music in support of Ovarian Cancer Canada on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Hugh’s Room Live. There was be a beautiful cast of vocalists and musicians including Saffron A, Sarah Siddiqui, Mikalyn Hay, Brooklyn Doran, Hadley McCall Thackston and Madison Galloway.

She’s Listening began as a fundraising concert December 7, 2012 at Bassline Station in Ottawa with the Four Winds and Kelly Sloan. The Winds and Kelly took up the cause, and the Winds became a driving force behind keeping the momentum going and turning a single benefit into an ongoing series of concerts and CD.  A second concert took place April 21 at Luneta Bistro with Angie and Louise Arsenault, Kristine St-Pierre, Sophia Radisch and Meg La Grand. It was here that the CD project was born and the first CD produced with tracks from Andrea Ramolo, Angela Saini, Angie Arsenault, Jenny MacDonald, and more.

She’s Listening has become a crucial weapon in the arsenal of the battle against ovarian cancer. Funds raised will go to Ovarian Cancer Canada.
