The Moss trade surf-rock for a slow-burn on “Blink”

Date:

2023 has been a huge year for The Moss – and they’re just getting started. In January, the band released their Insomnia EP, which features the hit single title track and the next single, “Blink.” The indie-rock group has crafted a sound fit for summer evenings, comparable to groups like The Backseat Lovers and Flipturn. On their new single, The Moss trade bright surf-rock for a slow-burn. Throughout “Blink,” they hold on to a love that’s letting go and ask their partner to change their mind, admitting, “If I lose you, I may never love again.”

The group has been touring throughout the United States; during their winter tour, they were joined by Future Ex-Boyfriend, The Kaleidoscope Kid, and The Olsen Brothers, and in March, they co-headlined four shows with Almost Monday. This May, you can catch The Moss on their spring tour, during which they’ll be joined by The Hails.
