Role Model brings TOURx to London for a second night

Date:

Indie-pop musician Tucker Pillsbury, known professionally by the stage name Role Model, brought his TOURx to London’s O2 Forum Kentish Town for a second night. Tucker put on such an incredible performance to the enthusiastic crowd, being sure to interact with his fans throughout his entire set. You could tell how happy he was to be on stage and it radiated throughout the venue. The musician even cracked jokes about being ever any other artist but himself, as well as putting on a British accent to speak with the crowd whenever he had the chance! Pillsbury began his set with his upbeat track “if jesus saves, she’s my type”, which sent the entire crowd into a frenzy, he even joined himself by dancing on stage. The setlist also included his song “hello!”, “going out” and his latest release “cross your mind”.

Just before Tucker started singing “life is funny” a lovely fan threw an LGBTQ+ flag on the stage, which Tucker kept with him throughout the whole song. To slow down the night before his last two songs, Tucker sat on the edge of the stage near his fans and performed his touching album title track “Rx”. To conclude the fantastic night he performed fan favourites “blind” and “forever&more”, which had both Tucker and his fans jumping and dancing like crazy. As a final treat to his dedicated fans, Tucker jumped off the stage and onto the barrier to be close to his fans and it was a brilliant way to end the special night.

Role Model was supported by two extremely talented musicians flowerovlove and Oliver Malcolm, both of whom warmed up the audience perfectly.
