Saosin announces SELF-TITLED 20th anniversary tour

Date:

Celebrating 20 years since the release of their debut album, Saosin has just announced a headlining anniversary tour. Originally released in 2006, the self-titled album debuted at #22 on the Billboard 200, and two decades later, the record is officially certified RIAA Gold.
The tour kicks off October 23 in Anaheim, CA, and will make stops in major cities including Dallas, New Orleans, Nashville, New York, Baltimore, Los Angeles, and many more before wrapping up in San Diego on November 28. Silent Planet, Like Moths to Flames, and Save Us will be joining the run as support.
This year, Saosin made an explosive return, signing to Sumerian Records and releasing their new single “Starting Over Again.” The track marks the band’s first new music in over a decade, and the first in 14 years featuring vocalist Cove Reber. The single showcases the chemistry of a band with unfinished business, and Saosin continue to prove their influence only grows stronger.

The band is very excited to bring the album back to the stage. Guitarist Beau Burchell shares,

“There’s a different weight to these songs when you’ve lived with them for two decades. Not only for us, but for all the fans who have shared their stories with us over the years. The connection people have to these songs is unreal, so the opportunity to share and celebrate our SELF-TITLED record across the U.S. in a live setting is something very important to us. It’s crazy to think we are at peak performance 20 years into our career, but it really does feel that way, and we are chomping at the bit to bring this show to as many people as we can.”

With a packed touring schedule ahead of them, Saosin remains a vital force in modern post-hardcore, continuing to evolve their sound while honoring the connection that has carried them through the last 20 years. Tickets are available for purchase now here.
