Having recently finished touring as Leon’s supporting act on the “You and I” Tour, Morgan Saint is definitely the artist to keep your eye on. With two amazing EP’s (17 Hero and Alien) showcasing her unique pop sound, Saint’s raspy but light voice will leave you begging for more.
Earlier this week Morgan Saint took the stage at Buckhead Theatre, and started the night with “Sinner Boy,” a song from her second EP Alien. Mainly performing in darkness as red light flashed to the music, the singer captivated the audience with her expressive stage presence. Transitioning smoothly onto her second song of the evening, “On Fire,” Saint took full advantage of the stage as she constantly walked from one side to the other. While hitting her notes with ease as she jumped or dropped down onto her knees, Morgan Saint had the Atlanta crowd completely memorized with her emotional performance.
As the night continued, Saint performed songs from her first EP 17 Hero such as “Glass House,” “You,” and ” Just Friends.” With impressive and meaningful lyrics, there’s no denying the true artistry that Morgan Saint holds. Hypnotizing the audience with her darker lyrics, while her lush voice filled the venue allowed for the creation of a surrealistic experience. As Saint won over the crowd with her emotional performance, it definitely became clear that she’s destined for big things.
