Live Review: AJ Mitchell Fills Atlanta With Passion And Love

AJ Mitchell filled Atlanta with passion and love as the Hopeful Tour came to end. 

With smooth vocals and a fusion of both Pop and R&B, the 18 year old singer known as AJ Mitchell has won the hearts of many. With an amazing EP (Hopeful) and several digital singles, the teen heartthrob has been touring across America on his first-ever headlining tour: The Hopeful Tour. Melodic Magazine had the opportunity of catching the singer’s last stop at The Vinyl in Atlanta, GA.

Welcomed to the stage with loud screams and excitement, AJ Mitchell started the evening with a fan favorite, “Hate That I Love You.” As fans sang along to every single word, the young singer shouted “Dance with me!” as he spun across the stage’s floor. As the crowd jumped in excitement with Mitchell, the singer was all smiles as he effortlessly hit every single note. Keeping the excitement going, AJ proceeded to perform “Hopeful,” the title track of his first EP.

Constantly singing and interacting with the crowd, AJ Mitchell truly is the king when it comes to fan service. As the audience fangirled over Mitchell, the singer constantly reached out to the crowd. From singing deeply into a fan’s eyes or just holding their hands, AJ Mitchell was stealing the hearts of several with his passionate performance.

As the electrified night proceeded, the singer eventually slowed things down by expressing his gratitude, revealing how thankful he was to have fans come out to see him on a Wednesday night. With the mood being just right, AJ Mitchell took the time to showcase his piano skills as he performed one of his first songs that he ever wrote, “Mind.” With so much raw emotion, Mitchell’s vocals soared through the venue as fans waved their hands back and forth.

It’s sad to see the tour come to an end, but it’s clear that AJ Mitchell has the star power and charisma for an amazing career. We are excited to see what the future holds for AJ, in the meanwhile, check out some of the images down below from the Atlanta show!
