The Maine surprises fans with new single “Palms”

Date:

The Maine has surprised fans by releasing a new single, “Palms,” last night, right after the first night of their I Love You, But I Chose The Maine tour. The song is the latest offering from their upcoming album, Joy Next Door, out April 10.

“Palms” gives us the very catchy, poppy vibes The Maine is known and loved for alongside lyrics that encourage us to relax a little and let life in. With lines like “Don’t think, it all happens for a reason” and “Don’t think, let it happen,” the band drives home the message that we don’t always have to overthink every single little thing; sometimes we can just go with the flow and let it take us where it will.

The Maine also surprised fans with an accompanying music video that features the band performing in front of a green background, continuing the aesthetic of their new album with the color green.
