Flatspot Records and Baltimore hardcore band End It have released the official music video for their single, “Cloutbusting”. A digital collage of high-energy live footage, the video kicks off with lead vocalist Akil Godsey issuing a call to action to attendees: “Start a band! Book a show! Fucking do something! Get off the fucking internet!”
This passionate ethos is a testimony to the honesty and aggression behind the hardcore band’s discography. The lyrics of the single echo these sentiments, acting as a pointed callout to tourists in DIY communities: “You will quit / Cause it’s all cosplay / This your part time, this my every day.”
While the band first dropped their self-titled EP in 2017, they have proven they are here to stay. “Cloutbusting” appears on their 2025 debut full-length LP, Wrong Side of Heaven. End It also recently shared music videos for singles “Life Sublime,” “Pale Horse,” and “Could You Love Me?” – a masterful cover of the 1996 track by NYHC legends Maximum Penalty. Their debut LP is a testimony to the spirit of Baltimore and the passion of true hardcore.
The band is set to support hardcore legends Terror on a North American tour starting at the end of April, alongside familiar favorites Pain of Truth and newcomers Start Today. Tickets are available here.
