Broadside announce signing to Thriller Records with the release of “I Think They Know”

Date:

Virginia alt-rockers Broadside have made a big next step in their music journey by announcing their signing to Thriller Records. The label is the product of a partnership between Thriller Records mastermind Bob Becker, who launched notable artists like Pierce The Veil, Mayday Parade, and Portugal. The Man (among others) and InVogue Records founder Nick Moore. On the signing, Broadside’s lead singer Oliver Baxxter says,

“With the energy and passion that Thriller Records has already poured into our art, we’re excited to see where the music takes us next. Our team is stronger than ever…”

The announcement comes with the release of a new single and video for the band, “I Think They Know.” A hard-hitting pop-rock track, Baxxter’s vocals are at the top of their game accompanied by moments of surprising heaviness reminiscent of metalcore.

The band are clearly ready to shift gears and see what they can do with the backing of an up-and-coming label filled with music industry veterans.
