Joshua Golden blends acoustic and pop in “Price of Love”

Indie folk artist Joshua Golden released his newest song “Price of Love” on Sept. 21. Inspired by the likes of Noah Kahan, Harry Styles and Post Malone, Golden blends acoustic tones with catchy melodies to create his genre-bending productions. Since stepping out into the music scene, Golden has amassed over 250 million global streams and over 1.2 million followers between TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

In this chapter of his music career, Golden shared the main message he wants to leave with his audience:

“The first step to healing is by being honest and vulnerable with ourselves and each other.”

In “Price of Love,” Golden leads with his heart, creating music with a purpose. The track dives into struggles of seeking validation and sacrificing your own self. The track’s melody is a powerful blend of pop and folk with lyrics that remind you that you are enough.
