Pvris returned to their hometown of Boston for a special intimate show on September 17th at the Sinclair. It was a sold out show and the venue was capped off at about 500 people who lined up for hours to ensure they got the best spot to see their favorite band. Before Pvris would take the stage, the ever so graceful opening act Upsahl would open up the night. Upsahl brought the fire and got the crowd moving and grooving. After Upsahl gave one hell of a performance it was finally time for Pvris to grace the stage. You could feel the excitement in the air. The lights dimmed and all you could hear was the screams from the sold out crowd. The band came out one by one to the roar of the crowd and opened up the night with “Mirrors” off of their debut album White Noise. They would then go on to play their newly released single “Hallucinations” which is a part of their new EP set to release on the 25th of October. This was the first time the crowd got to hear the new single live and they were loving every minute of it. “Anyone Else” was next which was a song off of their critically claimed second album All We Know of Heaven All We Need Of Hell. The hometown crowd was treated to a total of 15 songs including some old classics and fan favorites like “Smoke”, “Whats Wrong”, “Eyelids”, “My House” and “St. Patrick”, while also playing the other new single “Death of Me”. The encore of “St. Patrick and “My House” made the crowd go crazy and there were mosh pits and crowd surfers galore. It was the best way to end Pvris’ homecoming show and we wouldn’t want it any other way. It was a show for the books and Pvris always give it their all and make sure every single person, new fan or old has the best time they possibly can. Don’t miss out on seeing Pvris in a town near you and don’t forget to check out their EP on October 25th!
