Chicago indie-rock sweethearts Ax and The Hatchetmen have been on a hot streak lately, to say the least. They released their first full-length album, So Much To Tell You, in October 2025, followed by the deluxe version in March of this year featuring the high-energy, playful single “Cheesecake,” that kept fans up all night wanting more.

They have also seen a long-awaited growth in popularity. The band officially crossed the 1-million-listener mark on Spotify a few days ago. It seems nobody can keep these hungry newcomers down for long, as they have just announced their headlining summer 2026 tour, alongside upcoming dates supporting Royel Otis and The Revivalists

The headline tour will see them hit East Coast hotspots such as Pittsburgh, Louisville, and Chattanooga. They’ll also make a highly anticipated appearance at Milwaukee’s Summerfest in June.

Tickets for their headlining run are on sale now here.
