Adrian Lyles announces debut EP ‘Horizons: Dawn’

Date:

Adrian Lyles has announced his debut EP, Horizons: Dawn, which will be released on Aug. 1 via Hollywood Records.

The High School Musical: The Musical: The Series actor and musician began teasing song snippets on social media in early July before announcing the project on July 14.

Horizons is about the choices we make and where they take us,” Lyles wrote in an Instagram post. “The first chapter dives into the rush, the tension, the heartbreak and the longing that comes with falling for someone.”

Lyles unveiled the cover art for the four-track EP today, in which he is yawning and sprawled out on a bed. He described the music as “messy” and “raw.”

The EP follows “King of Everything” and “Concrete Boy,” two singles released earlier this year. He embarked on his first North American tour in January as a supporting act for Almost Monday.
