On May 15, 311 rolled into The Signal in Chattanooga, TN, and turned the place into a full-blown party. The venue’s cozy setup and killer acoustics made it feel like we were all just hanging out with the band in someone’s (very large) living room.
Kicking things off was Sitting on Saturn, a band that’s been making waves with their indie-psychedelic sound. Their set blended indie rock and psychedelic vibes, and you could tell they were genuinely stoked to be there, feeding off the crowd’s energy.
But when 311 hit the stage, the room erupted. Nick Hexum, SA Martinez, Chad Sexton, Tim Mahoney, and P-Nut brought the same fire they’ve been known for since the ’90s. Their blend of rock, reggae, and funk had everyone moving, and the band’s chemistry was as electric as ever. They played a well-rounded setlist, mixing fan favorites like “All Mixed Up,” “Amber,” and “Beautiful Disaster.” The night wrapped up with “Down,” leaving the crowd buzzing.
What stood out was the band’s ability to make a midweek show feel like a weekend festival. Their energy was infectious, and the crowd’s enthusiasm matched it beat for beat. If this show was any indication, 311’s still got it, and they’re not slowing down anytime soon.
