Knox reflects on a toxic relationship in latest single “You Happened”

Knox is a singer-songwriter based in Nashville, Tennessee. His drive and passion for music have led him to create his debut album, Going, Going, Gone, which is expected to be released on April 5, 2024. His latest single off the album, “You Happened,” focuses on the influence of people we connected with. 

“You Happened” is about toxic ex-partners. Through strong vocals and punchy percussion, Knox shares how this ex-partner has ruined the things he used to love. In “You Happened,” Knox lists the things that used to bring him comfort but now cause distress since forming a relationship with this person.
