Walter The Producer fights for love in new song “Bad Bad Man”

Date:

Walter The Producer has been obsessed with music his whole life. He began playing guitar and piano at age 10 and started making beats by the age of 13, which gave him the opportunity to perfect his unique sound that blends the genres of indie, alt-R&B, and disco-pop. His latest single “Bad Bad Man” focuses on a rescue mission.

“Bad Bad Man” is about protecting what is yours. Through leading guitar and steady bass, Walter The Producer fights to take back his lover from an enemy. Lyrics such as “I’m on the road to get her back from a bad man / Hold on, hold on, hold on, hold on I’m coming back for you” show his determination to save his partner from an untrustworthy person.

Sharing more about  “Bad Bad Man,” Walter The Producer comments:

“I made the beat a while ago and rediscovered it while playing beats for my sister. I basically re-started it from scratch from there. It was a pretty lonely process of me signing into my mic in my apartment haha but I think it turned out really cinematic. To me it sounds like a song that would be sick in the beginning of a movie like a theme song. I had an idea for the music video that I sent over to Dylan Budnieski and we built out the visual for it together. The initial idea was just me riding a horse on a green screen and I wanted it to feel like the dynamics of a hero rescuing a damsel in distress like in Mario where he has to save Peach from Bowser. Dylan built out the treatment from those ideas and we made a really cool music video from it.”
