Psych-Rockers Mountain Head Capture the Sound of their Live Show on “Internet”

Date:

Dressed in black denim and adorned with solid gold grills and long beards, Mountain Head’s sound blends psych-rock, alt-rock and elements of electro/jangle pop into a unique and potent sonic concoction. With millions of streams and multiple Top 40 billboard hits in Canada, the band has been finishing music with legendary producer GGGarth Richardson in Gibsons, B.C. at the renowned Farm Studios. This marks their first time recording outside the confines of their own studio.

Internet,” the inaugural single to be shared from these sessions, was originally sparked by a beatbox and nose bass jam. The track stands as a reflection on the web and underscores the irony of boundless information devolving into disputes and trolling.

With “Internet,” Mountain Head is poised to enrapture audiences across the continent and beyond, leaving an indelible mark on the musical landscape. Their infectious sound, distinctive appearance, and unparalleled hooks promise to establish Mountain Head as an international phenomenon, capturing hearts and minds wherever their sonic voyage takes them.
