Lo Moon Releases the Captivating “Dream Never Dies”

Date:

Lo Moon was an early favorite of ours at Melodic — after releasing their stunning debut self-titled album in 2018, touring the world with bands like The War on DrugsGlass Animals, and CHVRCHES, the band went mostly radio silent save for the release of a few one-off singles. Today, they’ve released the lead single off of their presumably forthcoming album in anticipation of tour dates with The War on Drugs in the new year.

“Dream Never Dies” is an excellent entry in the Lo Moon universe. If you liked the first album, there’s a lot to like here — cinematic guitars and synths, a soaring chorus amplified by singer Matthew Lowell’s Talk Talk-ian tenor, and a widened scope that is an exciting tale of what’s to come. Watch the video for “Dream Never Dies” below, and check out dates for their tour supporting The War on Drugs here.
