Nashville native band COIN channels electric first kiss feels with a balmy pop beat in new single,”Chapstick“, which is now available on all streaming platforms.
The song features a driving bass line with groovy rock inspired chords. It encompasses everything great from head-nodding rock hits and modern electronic pop to create a unique hit free from boundaries. In a recent tweet, lead singer Chase Lawrence described the single as if you “…fed hours of 60s, 70s rock into a computer & politely asked them to pick up in 2023”. Although this slick groove is a new sound for the band, Lawrence’s voice and catchy lyrics accompanied by upbeat dreamy instrumentals is so iconically COIN. This timeless sound is refreshing and an exciting look at what’s to come from the innovative alt-pop band.
