Kacey Musgraves releases ‘Star-Crossed’ film and album teaser, announces 2022 tour

Get in loser, we’re going sobbing because Texas-born songstress Kacey Musgraves has announced the release of her fifth studio album Star-Crossed. The album is set to release on September 10, 2021 along with a 50-minute film of the same title.

Directed by Bardia Zeinali and starring Kacey, the movie will debut exclusively on Paramount+ in the United States, Latin America, Australia, the Nordics and Canada beginning Friday, September 10th. Fans outside of these markets can watch on MTV.

Kacey also announced her 2022 star-crossed: unveiled tour. The North American tour kicks off in mid-January in Minnesota and features KING PRINCESS and MUNA. Pre-sale for the tour began Wednesday, September 1st.
