Oslo based pop artist, Tulle has just released her latest single, “I Hope Your Demons Look Like Me”, as she works on her upcoming debut EP, From A World So Unkind.

“I Hope Your Demons Look Like Me” kicks off with an entrancing bass line that captures your attention right away. The music builds up like an explosion when it reaches the chorus with a sinister tone that threatens the listener. Described as “death pop”, the sound is catchy and easy to dance to, yet still filled with dark synth undertones.
The track is a defiant war cry, speaking of the aftermath of a love gone wrong. It’s an aggressive confrontation and Tulle does not shy away from it; the sheer anger coming from her words is palpable. Regardless of the pain, there’s a need to seek revenge, and that’s ultimately what hooks the listener, as it becomes a universal feeling they can connect to.
