“To Feel Love”: Alexander Wolfe’s latest release

Date:

British singer-songwriter Alexander Wolfe has just dropped his new singleTo Feel Love,” the latest look at his upcoming album Everythinglessness, set for release on Jan. 16, 2026.

The track is one of Wolfe’s most personal yet — raw, honest and unflinching. It dives into themes of escapism, mental health, and his complicated relationship with alcohol, and it’s all wrapped up in an ongoing search for love and meaning.

It opens with delicate, warm guitar picking and Wolfe’s signature vocals, before slowly building into cinematic layers of guitars and drums that progress into a soaring chorus.
It’s introspective and undeniably sad.

As Wolfe explains, it confronts the habit of “Escaping from your problems and boredom by going out and getting wasted, a trap I have certainly fallen into myself. It’s about that endless search for love and excitement and how it can lead you astray.” He also touches on the wider themes shaping the upcoming album:

“There’s a crisis around masculinity at the moment… I believe the way through isn’t by hardening, but softening. We need more examples of soft, strong men.”
