Sabrina Carpenter has officially said Goodbye to the Short n Sweet Tour. This tour was filled with nothing but iconic and unforgettable moments by Sabrina, her team, and everyone that was a part of the tour, whether they were in the show, in the crowd, or watching along online.
Over the 70 shows of the tour, Carpenter had fans excited every night for different things. Fans would tune into the Sabrinalert app to make their guesses on what would happen throughout the show. What would the color of Sabrinas bodysuit be? What surprise song was she going to sing? What would the color of her final two piece and boots be? Would the “Juno” position be new? These were all questions that had fans waiting at their phone screens every night to see the results.
Thanks to Nicks Version on TikTok, we got a live breakdown of outfits and songs as each night was happening on tour. And an extra special thanks to Nicks Version for compiling an End Of Tour recap with all of the looks and songs that we may have missed or even forgotten about throughout the 14 month stretch of the Short N Sweet tour.
Over the span of the tour, Carpenter had 33 different bodysuits that she wore for the first portion of her show. The first one being a pink bodysuit, and the final one being a purple gradient bodysuit that had “The End” written on it.
For her third, and final outfit of the night, Sabrina wore a two-piece. In the 70 shows, she revealed 20 different two-pieces, two of which were halloween costumes of Tinkerbell and Fred Flintstone. Sabrina and her team did not run short of creativity when it came to these outfits, as for the most recent leg she included details such as a taxi cab pattern in NYC and a star from the Hollywood Walk of Fame for LA.
Every show, Sabrina paired her iconic heart boots with the two-piece. Sabrina has been making these heart boots a part of her personality since her Emails I Can’t Send Tour, so it was so nice to continue to see her tie those into her outfits for this tour. She had a total of 32 different styles of the heart boots throughout the entirety of the Short n Sweet Tour. At the beginning of the tour, the heart shape was either open or closed, eventually she added in having her initials on the heart for select dates. As the end of the tour approached, she started to do different shapes for the boots such as a paw print at the final show to represent her new album, Mans Best Friend.
The part of each show that really had fans on their toes was when it came time for a surprise song. The whole surprise song thing at concerts became very popular after Taylor Swift began to do it on The Eras Tour, but Sabrina did it with a twist. She did a spin the bottle game, and whatever number the bottle landed on would be the song that she sang. The first surprise song that she ever sang was “Mamma Mia” by the one and only ABBA. The final surprise song of the tour was “Goodbye” which Sabrina released on her newest album, and that was the best possible option for the song of the last show.
One of the segments of tour that really blew up was the “Juno arrest.” At each night of the tour, Sabrina would choose someone to “arrest” because they were “too hot.” This started off as just an opportunity for a fan to get a one on one moment with Sabrina, but eventually turned into some of your favorite celebrities getting arrested. To list some, she arrested Millie Bobby Brown, Anne Hathaway, SZA and many more.
The Short n Sweet Tour will be a tour to remember, especially for Carpenter as it was her first ever sold out arena tour. Multiple sold out shows at Madison Square Garden on just one tour is probably every artists dream. She did not hold back her appreciation for the tour, as when she stepped on stage to sing her final song of the night “Espresso” one last time, she had to get through the song with tears streaming down her face.
