Killswitch Engage announces summer 2026 headline tour with Machine Head and more

Date:

Killswitch Engage returns to the road this summer in honor of their new album This Consequence with supporting acts Machine Head, Iron Reagan, and Havok.

Hailing from Westfield, MA, the metalcore band is known for their performing with rigor and effortless style.

Capturing the hardcore spirit with their onstage presence and heavy powerchords, members Jesse Leach (vocals), Joel Stroetzel (guitar), Mike D’Antonio (bass), Adam Dutkiewicz (guitar), and Justin Foley (drums) aren’t strangers to universal hits. Accumulating many accolades throughout their 25 years as a unit, projects like Alive Or Just Breathing (2002), Engage (2009), and Disarm The Descent (2013) were deemed as some of “The Top 100 Greatest Metal Albums of the Decade” (via Decibel), and they landed three executive debuts on the Billboard 200.

Ecstatic for their new era to take flight, frontman Jesse Leach said in a statement:

“I’m extremely excited to get back out on the road supporting our newest album This Consequence!,” says Leach.

“We are hitting major cities and bringing along with us an absolutely killer lineup with the legendary Robb Flynn and Machine Head, thrash masters Iron Reagan, and rounded out by the mighty Havok. This is a stacked and powerful crew of bands that will electrify and dominate wherever we roll up to… so LET’S GO!!!!!!”

The tour kicks off in Detroit, MI, on June 3 and runs through June 27 with a final stop in San Francisco, CA. Their tour dates include appearances at Milwaukee Metal Fest and D.C.’s Warped Tour weekend.

Pre-sale is happening now through Thursday, March 5, at 10pm local time. For pre-sale information click here. The general on-sale starts tomorrow, March 6, at 10am local time here.
