Kacey Musgraves has unveiled the music video for her single “Mexico Honey” from her sixth studio album, Middle of Nowhere. Shot across Mexico and directed by Running Bear, the video captures not only the beauty of Mexico but also the inspiration behind the single.
Since its release in May, Middle of Nowhere has been topping the album charts while being widely praised by critics and earning itself a place on several best album lists of the year. Co-produced by Musgraves along with her usual team of producers, the album is a unique mix of country music and elements of pop.
Musgraves will kick off her Middle of Nowhere Tour on August 20 at Chicago’s United Center, which will be followed by performances at famous locations such as Madison Square Garden in New York City, Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, and Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle.
Midland, Flatland Cavalry, Carter Faith, Estevie, Charles Wesley Godwin, William Beckmann, Gabriella Rose, and The Brudi Brothers will join Musgraves on the tour as support. Tickets to all dates are available here.
