“Heavenbound” by Luke Armstrong is a compassionate melody for all music lovers

Date:

Luke Armstrong’s newest heart-warming song, “Heavenbound,” is a compassionate love letter to letting go of the past, and it explores how that love can change with the new world he is now surrounded by.

Signed by Paid Vacation Records / Virgin Music Group, Armstrong has worked with GRAMMY-nominated producer Daniel James, who has worked with artists such as Hayley Williams, David Byrne, Wild Cub, and Efterklang.

Originally from Beirut, Armstrong navigated through his journey of finding his identity and passions during his upbringing. He then left Lebanon for California to play college basketball while pursuing his studies along with his love of songwriting and music production. After finishing his studies, Armstrong decided to move to Los Angeles permanently to put his full attention on his musical journey. Armstrong states about the journey:

“Every time music comes back up in my life, it feels even more powerful. Why not just chase it all the way?”

“Heavenbound” has an 80s guitar rhythm that lifts emotion and radiates inspiration to those who listen to it. Each guitar string brings a satisfying melody that warms listeners, along with the lyrical message of missing what once was and the people you knew along with it.

“Heavenbound” is out now.
