Danny Goo gets vulnerable in new single “Keep Fuckin’ Me Up”

Date:

Danny Goo has released “Keep Fuckin’ Me Up,” the final single from his debut album, Lost & Wasted. The new pop rap track, reminiscent of works by mgk, delivers his catchiest melodies to date over an emotional piano-driven trap instrumental.

In the verses, the rapper-singer opens up about a tumultuous relationship, singing “Trying to figure where we’re at now / Then you stab me in the back now / Hate it when I back down / In my head now / Knowing how it went down.”

About the inspiration behind the record, Goo says:

“The song captures a period where I truly felt lost and wasted, stuck in toxic love, destructive cycles, and substance struggles. It’s raw and honest, reflecting the emotional core of the album.”

Goo debuted in 2019 with the single “6 AM” and has since been consistently releasing new music, including his newly released studio album and two EPs, 2020’s Feel For You and 2022’s Butterflies.
